Oakwoodites Helping to Revitalize St. Thomas During Spring Break

During Spring Break this week, several Oakwood University students and staff from the Office of Spiritual Life and Missions have joined forces in support of Revitalize NOW! – a St. Thomas Enterprise Zone initiative.  The event is a collaborative effort led by Community Action NOW! in partnership with Oakwood University, Savaneros United NOW (SUN), Long Path Garden Street Association and Community Center Inc., and We From UpStreet Inc., and many others. Oakwood University mission students will join up in a week-long revitalization effort focusing on the Upstreet, Garden Street, Savanne and Downstreet communities. MORE
