To all Oakwood Alumni & Friends, It is with great anticipation and excitement I share the good news of this upcoming Oakwood University Alumni Weekend 2019 — April 18-21 at Huntsville’s Von Braun Center and the Oakwood University campus. The theme for the weekend is “Igniting Generations with Oakwood Love.” Our prayer is that the Holy Spirit will ignite the city of Huntsville with Its presence that special weekend.  Our powerful and gifted speakers will be Pastor Debleaire Snell, Pastor Calvin Watkins, and Dr. Paula Olivier. That’s not all — our featured special musical guest will be three-time Grammy Award winner Donnie McClurkin, Celebrating 30 years of praise and worship, Oakwood’s very own Dynamic Praise will also bless us with their music. You don’t want to miss this Alumni Weekend.  There is so much more to share about this weekend, but look for more information in the next few weeks. If you have questions or would like to engage by volunteering to help us, please reach out to me:

Can’t wait to see you there!
Emile D. Parker, MBA – director, Alumni Relations
